As Knights we are called to fraternal charity with our brother Knights. Being united by Baptism and the Holy Eucharist, we stand ready as Knights to bear on another’s burdens in spiritual or material need. We assist each other through prayer, counsel and practical support.
The bond of Fraternity is a way of life of a steadfast Knight of Columbus strengthened by the Holy Spirit. St. John the Evangelist implores us “Whoever does not love a brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. This is the commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.” (1John 4:20-21)
