The Knights of Columbus vigorously defend the dignity of each human being at every stage of life. From conception to death, we pray and support programs, individuals and families through prayer and financial support.
Life programs that the Council are active in and support include the Novena for Life, a program of prayer with our Parish and Council members to pray for life and and end to the practice of abortion; March for Life, a program to show public support for the right to life; Aid and Support after Pregnancy (ASAP); Special Olympics; Pregnancy Center Support, Life Savers for Life and the Baby Bottle campaign.
Monument to Life dedication at St. Bridget’s Church. This monument is in dedication to the unborn and was dedicated in June 1998. The monuments sits outside the Southeast side of St. Bridget’s surrounded by a flower garden. Members of the 4th Degree are present at the dedication along with Fr. Jerry Harris.
