Pilgrim Icon program – Every few years, the Knights of Columbus selects an icon of a saint whose patronage is particularly inspiring to Knights and their communities.
2024 Pilgrim Icon Mass and Prayer Service. The week of April 29 to May 4, the St. Joseph Icon will be on display in the rear of St. Bridget’s Church near the Baptismal font. Please feel free to take a prayer card and spend time in prayer to St. Joseph, patron Saint of Fathers. On Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 5:15 pm Fr. Joe will be having a mass in honor of St. Joseph. Please plan to attend with your family. Following mass there will be a prayer service to St. Joseph during the Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. We encourage you to come to pray for the intercession of St. Joseph to strengthen your role as a father, but also to pray for increased faith in our families and communities.
2023 Pilgrim Icon Prayer Service on 4/25/2023. Council 4902 was blessed with the opportunity to host the Pilgrim Icon of St. Joseph at St. Bridget’s Parish during the month of April 2023. The Icon was placed next to the statue of Mary, our Blessed Mother along with prayer cards for KC’s and Parishoner’s to spend time in devotion to St. Joseph, the patron saint of fathers. On April 25, 2023 our Pastor, Fr. Joseph Stefancin celebrated a Mass in Honor of St. Joseph. Later that evening the Council and parish members joined for a prayer service to St. Joseph.
