A HIGHER PURPOSE
Share the message of Our Lady of Guadalupe and promote respect for life by participating in this meaningful pilgrimage. The Silver Rose program demonstrates the unity between Knights of Columbus in Canada, the United States and Mexico, through a series of prayer services promoting the dignity of all human life and honoring Our Lady.
In 2025, the State of Wisconsin is in route 3 of 8 routes and Council 4902 has been selected as one of of the Ambassadors to display the rose as part of the Prayer Service for Life which was held July 16, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Fr. Bala joined us and led the service with Eucharistic Adoration. We had Knights and Parish members lead individual decades of the Glorious Mysteries of the Rosary. We heard from St. Paul’s message to the Corinthians (1 Cor 9:24-27) and from the Gospel of Luke (Luke 1:26-39). We had a good attendance of KC members, spouses and Parish members to pray together for the sanctity of human life.
